Alongside our response, we have built a working prototype of a next-generation loyalty personalization agent for Scene+. Built on synthetic, illustrative data, it shows how the agent could draw on the whole Scene+ ecosystem, work within the rules Scene+ sets, and help each Owner and Partner reach members with offers they will value and use.
